Four children who were poisoned in a kindergarten in Jizzakh remain hospitalized.

Earlier, it was reported that 37 children aged 3 to 7 from state preschool educational institutions No. 1, 3, 5, and 7 under the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Farish district of the Jizzakh region were poisoned by food.

The Children's Ombudsman visited state preschool educational organizations No. 1, 3, 5, and 7 and conducted a monitoring study. Children's Ombudsman Surayyo Rakhmonova personally arrived in Jizzakh to investigate this situation.

The monitoring study was attended by officials of the regional health department, the regional department of the National Agency for Social Protection, and the deputy khokim of the Farish district.

In all kindergartens where children's health disorders were observed, the conditions for compliance with established standards for the nutrition of pupils were inspected, and the relevant documents were studied.

It was reported that a number of shortcomings and problems were identified during the study, and instructions were given to officials to eliminate them.

During the monitoring, the Children's Ombudsman visited the Children's Department of the Forish District Medical Association and studied the documentation on the treatment process and the condition of kindergarten children who complained about their health on October 9-10.

As of 21:00 on October 10, 4 children (2 girls and 2 boys aged 4-6 years) are under medical supervision at the district medical association, and they are receiving all necessary medical treatment. The children's condition is satisfactory, there are no seriously ill patients.

The Children's Ombudsman emphasized that in this situation, a relevant impact document will be submitted to the authorized higher organizations regarding the violation of children's rights.
