Physical education teachers will receive an additional bonus of up to 20 percent.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 21, 2025, No. 662, amendments and additions were made to the Regulation "On the Procedure for the Formation of the Director's Fund for Incentivizing Distinguished Employees of General Secondary Educational Institutions and the Use of its Funds."

In accordance with it, a procedure for encouraging physical education teachers who have shown positive results in their activities has been established.

In this case, based on the results of the participation of encouraged physical education teachers in sports competitions included in the calendar plan of sports and mass physical culture events for one calendar year (January - December) preceding the year of encouragement, as well as the results achieved in the Asian and World Championships, international Olympiads held by international associations, the working group annually, by January 15, establishes monthly allowances of up to 20 percent of the basic tariff rates for one calendar year (January - December) in the following order:

• for winning at the stages of sports competitions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent, and regions - 5 percent;

• for winning prizes (1st - 3rd places) at the republican stage of sports competitions - 10 percent;

• prize-winning places in international sports competitions - 20 percent.

It is noteworthy that these bonuses for physical education teachers who have shown positive results in their activities are paid in addition to bonuses assigned at the expense of the director's fund.

That is, if a physical education teacher receives a maximum 40 percent bonus from the fund and shows positive results in their activities, they will be assigned an additional 20 percent bonus, which will allow them to receive a total bonus of 60 percent.
