When will the payment of a 70% bonus to teachers begin?

Teachers are sending a question to xalqtaliminfo.uz about when the 70% bonus will start to be paid to teachers who participated in the autumn attestation tests and scored 86 points or higher. Taking these appeals into account, we inform you of the following.

In paragraph 10 of point 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 26, 2023 No. UP-79 "On Measures for the Effective Organization of the Activities of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and Organizations of its System," it is established that pedagogical personnel who have received a qualification certificate based on international standards are paid an additional payment in the amount of 70 percent of the current amounts of tariff rates.

Also, in paragraph 48 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 572 dated September 17, 2021, it is indicated that after the accreditation of authorized foreign organizations that have internationally recognized the system of attestation and assignment of qualification categories to pedagogical personnel, an additional 70 percent allowance to the basic tariff rates is established for teachers who participated in the attestation and received a score of 86 or higher, and the validity period of the allowance is two years, after which they can participate in the tests for the allowance again.

According to paragraph 47 of this Regulation, within one month after the completion of the certification process, the relevant order (decision) of the Ministry approves the list of teaching staff who have been awarded the highest, first, and second qualification categories based on the results of the certification, and based on the list, electronic certificates with a QR code are generated online through the platform.

In this case, the list of pedagogical workers who have received a 70% bonus will be formed in the "ERP" software package, they will be issued a certificate in the form of the application, integrated into the "UzASBO-2" software package, and additional bonuses will begin to be paid to employees who have a certificate.

As is known, the autumn certification process is scheduled to be completed in November, and, as a rule, the generation of qualification categories and the sending of certificates to teachers' personal accounts will begin in December.

Thus, teachers who have received a qualification certificate with a score of 86 points and have a higher and first qualification category, starting from the date of receipt of the certificate, will begin to accrue a 70% bonus to their monthly salary.
