By December 2026, the number of foreign specialists involved in general secondary education institutions will reach 2,000. This is stipulated in the draft presidential decree.

In this case, specialists from abroad will be accommodated in residential buildings and provided with the necessary conditions. Rent payments for housing will be made monthly without delay within the funds allocated from the local budget.

In order to attract foreign teachers, announcements about available jobs will be made through the ministry's official pages on social networks and websites.

Submitted applications will be reviewed, interviews will be organized with the candidates who passed the selection, and measures will be taken to attract the candidates who successfully passed the interviews to general education schools.

It should be recalled that in 2026, 700 billion soums were allocated from the state budget for "native speakers," and these expenses were tripled compared to the previous year.
