Starting from the new academic year, a competition "Best Startup Idea" will be held in schools.

The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Measures for the Implementation of a Comprehensive Ecosystem for Supporting Startups" (No. PP-59 of 11.02.2026) has been signed.

According to the decree, starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, "Mastery and Business Hour" events will be held at least twice a month for students of secondary specialized and vocational educational institutions, as well as students of grades 9-11 of general secondary educational institutions. Including:

• a "Best Startup Idea" competition is held among students, the winners at the district level are awarded a prize of up to 5 million soums, at the regional level - up to 10 million soums;

• projects are presented quarterly to parents of students, representatives of the business and scientific community;

• by establishing cooperation with marketplaces, the sale of products created in educational organizations will be established.
