According to paragraph 6 of the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 17, 2021 No. 572, the following are not involved in mandatory attestation:

➖ Pedagogical personnel with the degree of candidate of science, doctor of philosophy (PhD) or doctor of science (DSc) and the title of senior researcher, associate professor and professor awarded by the Higher Attestation Commission;

➖ Pedagogical personnel who have maintained the higher qualification category for 15 years and have continuous work experience after obtaining the higher qualification category (head teacher position);

➖ Pedagogical staff with 25 years or more of pedagogical experience;

➖ Pedagogical employees who have no more than 5 years left to retire;

➖ Pedagogical personnel who have reached retirement age and are engaged in pedagogical activities;

➖ Pedagogical personnel with less than three years of work experience in pedagogical activities;

➖ pregnant women, during their pregnancy and for one year after starting work;

➖ women on pregnancy and childbirth and child care leave, during the period of their leave and for one year after starting work;

➖ women with children under three years of age who are engaged in pedagogical activities;

➖ Pedagogical personnel undergoing long (more than three months) treatment, during the period of their treatment and for six months after starting work;

➖ for the next five years from this time to the pedagogic personnel whose qualification category was directly assigned or increased by one level;

➖ pedagogic personnel sent to study, retraining and advanced training courses in the republic and foreign countries;

➖ Pedagogical personnel who are employed in reserve for the minimum number of jobs for persons who need social protection, who have difficulty finding a job and cannot compete on equal terms in the labor market, for three years from the date of admission to these jobs.
