The certification fee for teachers has been reduced by 50 percent.

As you know, on September 15, 2025, during a meeting with education system employees, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev put forward new initiatives aimed at further supporting teachers and announced the introduction of 8 benefits for teachers. One of them was a twofold reduction in the cost of public services for teachers.

By Resolution No. 175 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated April 17 of this year, amendments and additions were made to certain government decisions.

According to the amendments, the cost of certain public services for educators engaged in professional activities in the field of education and upbringing on the basis of an employment contract in an educational organization is set at 50% of the total cost of services.

According to it, from now on, pedagogical staff will be able to pay 50 percent of the base calculated value for the provision of public services for passing an extraordinary certification, instead of one.

Currently, the basic calculation amount is 412,000 soums, and pedagogical workers now pay 206,000 soums for an extraordinary certification.

In addition, the prices of the following public services for teaching staff have also been reduced by 50%:

• public services in the field of the state cadastre of real estate objects;

• public services for connection to engineering and communication networks;

• public services for determining the level of proficiency in general education subjects and issuing certificates;

• state services for admission to the examination for obtaining a tractor driver's license;

• public services for affixing an apostille to official documents, etc.
