The qualification requirements for the position of deputy director for the preparation of youth in the spirit of patriotism - teacher of primary education before the draft are approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated November 8, 2023 No. 591 "Up to the draft in educational institutions "Regulation on the procedure for organizing primary training" and "Qualification of general secondary school leaders and employees" approved by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 247 of August 16, 2023 are defined by "descriptions".
According to the regulation "On the procedure for the organization of initial training before convocation in educational institutions":
The deputy director for the training of young people in the spirit of patriotism - the teacher of primary training subject to the call-up is hired and dismissed by the director of the educational institution on the recommendation of the district (city) department of defense affairs, Educational institutions within the system of ministries and agencies that are part of the Armed Forces are excluded. The candidate's education, level of military, physical and pedagogical training, as well as organization ability and well-developed methodological skills are taken into account.
Pedagogues who have graduated from military education faculties of higher educational institutions and have the rank of reserve (reserve) officers, as well as those who have been released from military service to the reserve under the contract for the position of elementary school teacher before the call-up experienced officers and non-commissioned officers with higher education are appointed, except for those discharged from military service as a result of conduct that discredits the name of a serviceman.
Experienced medical workers or teachers trained in the Republican Emergency Medical Training Center are involved in the training on the basics of medical knowledge in the educational program of the primary training subject before the draft in educational institutions. It is organized in cooperation with the ministries and agencies with educational institutions and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the "Qualification descriptions of general secondary school leaders and employees", the deputy director for the preparation of youth in the spirit of patriotism - the teacher of the subject of primary training before the draft:
➖ To have a higher, bachelor's degree (a master's degree or a scientific degree is preferred);
➖ Graduated from "Military education up to draft" courses of higher educational institutions, as well as experienced officers in the reserve of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in which the candidate's education, level of military, physical and pedagogical training, as well as organizational skills and methodological skills skills are well formed;
➖ Having worked for at least 3 years, including at least 1 year in the field of education or in leadership positions in pre-school and school education management bodies;
➖Mikrosoft Oficce program (Word, Excell, Power Point, etc.), having sufficient skills to work with various work programs as an independent user in modern information technologies and the Internet.
Additional requirements: knowledge of educational regulations. State language and (knowledge of additional languages is preferred).
