In order for the teacher to constantly improve his professional and pedagogical skills in the positions, specialties or subjects he teaches, it is necessary to go to the qualification training for the main workplace within the specified period.
In accordance with paragraph 19 of the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 17, 2022 No. 25, in the event that pedagogic employees do not pass training courses within the specified period for the main workplace without good reason, regardless of the validity period of the employment contract concluded with them according to the established procedure, it will be canceled within two months.
If we explain in simpler language, if the pedagogic employee does not go to training courses on time, they will be given a warning letter about dismissal 2 months in advance.
If the employee wants to keep his job at the school, he will have to improve his qualifications on the basis of a contract concluded directly with a specialized educational organization.
Only this time, while the employee is improving his skills on the basis of a contract concluded directly with a specialized educational organization, their average salary will not be kept.
It is assumed that the teacher's average salary will not be kept only during the one-week training. That is, one week's wages will not be saved, not 2 months.
