As you know, recently the governor of Tashkent region, Zoyir Mirzayev, promoted the initiative "School without a telephone" and said that a prize of 300 million soums will be given to a school that refuses to use a telephone.
According to the press service of the preschool and school education department of the Tashkent region, the "Phoneless school" system was introduced in general schools No. 13 and No. 17 in Angren.
According to the report, a meeting was held jointly with the parents' monitoring board and the school administration, and a proposal was put forward not to use the telephone at all in the educational institution, and this initiative was unanimously approved by all.
