From today, raids on forced labor will begin in schools and kindergartens.
Starting today, August 15, "Week of Combating Forced Labor" has been announced in schools and preschool educational institutions across the Republic. The Labor Inspectorate conducts control measures in all educational institutions. This was reported by the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment.
Reports published in recent days about cases of involving teachers and mentors in forced labor indicate that the inviolability of citizens' labor rights is at risk.
In addition, cases of involving about 10 teachers and mentors in forced labor, which were covered in the media and social networks, were confirmed, and administrative liability measures were applied to the guilty officials.
A proposal has been submitted to the relevant ministries and agencies to study the causes of violations and eliminate the conditions contributing to their occurrence.
Within the framework of the week starting today, liability measures will be applied not only to employers, but also to all responsible officials who have allowed forced labor.
