Certification tests must be retaken

As you know, during the attestation tests held on April 15-16, due to malfunctions on the pedkadr.uzedu.uz platform, it was determined that the teachers of Informatics and Information Technologies could not get good results from the tests. Many pedagogues are dissatisfied with this situation and demand the reorganization of certification test processes.

So, what should he do in this situation?
Chapter 4 of the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 17, 2021 No. 572 defines the procedure for applying for the results of the certification of teaching staff.

In this case, pedagogues who are dissatisfied with the results of the attestation must submit a written application (complaint) to the appeal commission within ten days from the date of announcement of the results. An appeal to the appeal commission is made in writing or electronically through the official website of the competent ministry.

After the review of the application, if it is found that the pedagogical skills and psychological preparation of the pedagogue staff have been incorrectly assessed, there are errors and deficiencies in the materials of the test or qualification test, the attestation results should be changed.

If, as in the case of the attestation tests held on April 15-16, it is found that there are organizational and technical deficiencies in the course of the test or qualification tests in the academic subject, the ministry will organize the re-handing of the tests. should be done.

In our opinion, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education should take measures to reorganize the tests without waiting for a written appeal from pedagogues. Because such a situation was observed throughout the Republic on April 15-16.

So far, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education has not made an official statement regarding this situation.
