The list of schools with low quality of education for the 2024-2025 academic year was approved by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 95 dated March 26, 2024. Additional allowances are paid to pedagogues working in this school.

It is known that the regional administrations approved by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 24 dated January 30, 2024 "Evaluation criteria for forming a list of schools with a low level of education ", the activity of general education schools was evaluated and based on the evaluation results, 545 schools were recognized as educational institutions with a low level of education.

What bonuses are paid to teachers recruited from other regions to schools with low quality of education?

As I know, according to the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 646 of October 15, 2021, pedagogues with a higher education and a first or higher qualification category, with at least one year of pedagogical work experience, have a low quality of education. 50% to 100% premium will be paid to them if they are recruited from other regions.

Teachers recruited from other regions will be paid the following additional fees:

50 percent to the basic tariff rates of teachers working from other districts and cities within the same region;

100 percent special increase to the basic tariff rates of teachers working from other regions.

Pedagogues recruited from other regions to schools with low educational quality for the period of their work, but for a period of no more than 2 years, from the local budget funds of service housing or districts (cities) in the amount of 2 times the amount of the base calculation monthly compensation is also provided.

If a pedagogue receives a bonus from the headmaster's fund at the place of work, these bonuses will be preserved for one school year even if he starts working in a school with low educational quality. Special increases to the basic tariff rates of teachers-pedagogues with higher and first category recruited from other regions are also paid for the academic year following the year when the school they attended was removed from the list of schools with a low level of education.

If these schools are included in the list of schools located in remote areas, pedagogical staff working from other regions are paid the following bonuses:

10 percent to a teacher with 6 months to 3 years of work experience;

20 percent to a teacher with 3-5 years of work experience;

30 percent to a teacher with 5 to 10 years of work experience;

40 percent to a teacher with 10-15 years of work experience;

A teacher with more than 15 years of work experience will be paid a 50 percent bonus.

This was noted in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 471 of June 7, 2019 and the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4940 of January 11, 2021.

Starting from January 1, 2021, one-time initial assistance money in the amount of 50 times of the basic calculation amount to the budget organizations located in remote areas and the basic calculation amount for renting (renting) housing Payment of monthly monetary compensation in the amount of 2 times has been established.

At the same time, information about schools with a low level of education is posted on the ustozfondi.uz electronic platform. Teachers-pedagogues who expressed their desire to teach in schools with a low level of education are selected by working groups according to the established procedure.

Teachers and pedagogues who have successfully passed the selection and applied for employment in schools with a low level of education before August 25 will be hired by school principals in accordance with the procedure established by law.

We remind you that a teacher who wants to work in a school with a low level of education must have a higher education in the relevant field and a first or higher qualification category, at least one year of pedagogical work. seniority and the school in which he is currently working should not be in the list of schools with a low level of education.
