Shukurov Utkirbek Ilkhomovich has been appointed head of the Andijan Regional Department of Preschool and School Education.
O'tkirbek Shukurov was born in 1983 in Andijan district. In 2011, he graduated from the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute of Languages, and in 2012, he graduated from the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He started his career in 2004 as a teacher of the 47th general secondary school in Andijan. During his career, he worked as a specialist in the Andijan regional council of the Kamolot youth social movement, head of department, chairman of the council, deputy chairman of the central council, deputy khokim of the Andijan region, khokim of the Khojaabad district.
Prior to his appointment, he worked as the head of the secretariat for youth policy, social development and spiritual and educational affairs of the Andijan regional administration.
