Will teachers be given no more than one rate from the new academic year?

Question

The school administration says that teachers will not be taught more than 1 rate from the new academic year. It is said that lessons of more than 1 rate will now be shown as vacant. Is this information correct?

Paragraph 6 of the Appendix to the Regulation on the Procedure for Working on a Companion Basis and in Multiple Professions and Positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 297 of October 18, 2012, states that work of teachers of general education schools that exceeds the labor norm established in the same institution, but does not exceed 50 percent of the normal duration of working time for this type of work, is not considered to be work on a part-time basis, and their work is paid on the basis of the approved tariff.

Paragraph 20 of the Regulation, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 21, 2005 No. 275, states that the part of lessons scheduled for teachers up to one and a half hours on the basis of the tariff list of teachers exceeding one rate is not recorded as vacant jobs.

Also, it is recommended to determine the maximum number of class hours for teachers who have an advantage based on the sequence of indicators established in paragraph 16 of the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tariff lists in general education institutions" (registration number 3271).

Based on the above, it can be concluded that teachers can be allocated up to 30 hours of lessons.
