How many hours can a teacher teach?
Question
How many hours can teachers with priority according to Regulation No. 3271 take lessons if they have enough hours? What is actually the maximum class time?

It is known that in accordance with the Regulation "On the procedure for compiling classes and forming tariff lists in general education institutions" (registration number: No. 3271), classes are distributed among teachers based on a priority sequence.
In this case, it is recommended to set the maximum number of class hours for teachers who have an advantage in the priority sequence. In general, if the teacher has a higher qualification category than the rest or other achievements provided for in the charter, they can teach for up to 30 hours.
However, it is necessary to take into account the other side of the issue
According to the law, teachers are allowed to work at up to 1.5 rates. However, this cannot be achieved through the unemployment of another teacher in an educational institution.
Teachers with more achievements "I can teach for up to 30 hours, and the director is forced to teach me for 30 hours, even if other teachers don't. Because such rules are provided for in the lesson allocation charter."
However, there is no provision in this Regulation that teachers who have an advantage in priority sequence should be taught exactly at a rate of 1.5 (30 hours). If you read the regulation carefully, it is recommended to set the maximum number of hours for teachers who have an advantage based on the sequence.
The maximum amount is not meant to be exactly 30 hours of teaching. This means that teachers with the highest scores among different categories of teachers can be allocated more hours than other teachers.
Let's say that out of 6 English teachers in the school, one is of the highest category, one is of the first category, another teacher is of the second category, and the remaining 3 are non-categorical.
If 27 hours are allocated to a higher-class teacher, 25 hours to a first-class teacher, 22 hours to a second-class teacher, and the remaining 3 hours are allocated equally, the teacher with the highest score is considered to be provided with the maximum number of class hours.
In order to provide all teachers with a high qualification category with 30 hours of lessons, the school director cannot leave some teachers unemployed, which is not allowed by labor legislation.
Because there are other rules established by law. In other words, the school principal, as an employer, is obliged not to violate the labor rights of other employees. When assigning lessons, it is not easy to terminate the employment contract with a classless teacher due to a lack of lessons.
Of course, teachers who do not have a qualification category or other achievements should also raise their qualifications and strive to achieve more success. This allows you to get more class hours.
