A joint resolution of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction was signed on the approval of the regulation "On the procedure for conducting the final examination of graduates of general secondary educational institutions in the studied profession and issuing them an electronic certificate of the state standard."

Now, annually, by June 30, graduates of general secondary educational institutions where vocational training has been introduced will be issued a certificate in the profession they studied at school.

For this, school graduates will have to take a practical exam in their field of professional education.

The practical exam was conducted on the basis of the curriculum of the subject of vocational education studied by students of grades 10-11, and the graduate who scored 56 points or higher is considered to have passed the practical exam.

Throughout the academic year, the quarterly grades of the graduate in the subject of vocational education are entered into the electronic platform by the master of vocational education.

Annually, by June 25, practical exam grades in vocational education are entered into the electronic platform, and the school's pedagogical council makes a decision on issuing certificates to graduates.

After entering all information about the graduate into the electronic platform, the certificate is automatically generated and approved by the director of the school and vocational skills center through the electronic platform.

Certificates are issued to graduates annually by June 30, and to graduates who retake the practical exam - by July 10.

For reference: The Ministry of Preschool and School Education annually, by April 1, forms and approves a list of schools where vocational training will be introduced in the next academic year.

Relevant vacant buildings in schools where vocational training is being introduced in students' free time will be provided free of charge to entrepreneurs.

Recall that earlier, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 2, 2024 No. PP-53 "On Additional Measures for Teaching Foreign Languages and Modern Professions to Students of General Secondary Educational Institutions" was signed.

In order to ensure the implementation of this resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Regulation "On the Procedure for Interaction of General Secondary Educational Institutions and Business Entities in Vocational Training of Students" by Resolution No. 78 of February 11, 2025.
