Children in the form of animals began to appear in Tashkent
"Parents of children who compare themselves to animals and imitate the behavior of that creature will be punished," the DIA warned.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in recent times, the subculture of quadroberism in the form of imitating the behavior of that creature using accessories that reflect itself in the form of a certain animal has been manifested among young people on social networks.
Similar incidents were observed among the youth of Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine. Unfortunately, such inappropriate actions were also observed in the city of Tashkent. In particular, on October 10, a "quadrober" was found wearing masks in the form of animals.
On October 11, it was reported that another "quadrober" attacked passengers imitating a dog, and the boy who witnessed the incident was very frightened.
Repost.uz also published a video about a "kvadrober boy" found in Tashkent. In it, we can see a boy wearing an animal mask and a tail, imitating the animal's behavior, jumping and moving on all fours.
According to experts, a "quadrober child" can lead to the acceptance of aggressive animal behavior, injure oneself and others, damage the child's underdeveloped psyche, and isolate them from society.
Following the situation observed in Tashkent, the Ministry of Internal Affairs warned parents that cases of such subculture are qualified as non-fulfillment of their obligations by parents.
In addition, it was recalled that in order to determine how the "quadrobber child" affected the mental and emotional health of the child, it may be necessary to conduct a special psychological examination of children (confidentially, through friendly methods that do not allow the child to be isolated and discriminated against).
For reference: According to Article 77 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, parents are obliged to care for their children until they reach adulthood, their upbringing, education, healthy, full and comprehensive development.
Also, in accordance with the Law "On Education," the parents of underage students are responsible for the child's education, upbringing, physical, spiritual and intellectual development. Also, parents of underage students are obliged to raise their children in the spirit of humanism, patriotism, hard work, respect for spiritual, national and universal values.
According to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their obligations to raise and educate minors, including the commission of an administrative offense by minors, entails a fine of up to 5 BCAs (up to 1 million 875 thousand soums).
