If a teacher has two certificates, will the bonus be paid for both?

I am a math teacher. I had an international GMAT certificate and I was bringing in a 50% bonus. Now that I have a national certificate, will I get an additional 20% bonus for a total of 70% or will I get the highest bonus on the certificate?

According to paragraph 9 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 11, 2022 "On approval of the national program for the development of public education in 2022-2026" No. PF-134 Knowledge and skills it is envisaged to pay pedagogic personnel who have a certificate obtained in the national evaluation system of the evaluation agency in the amount of 20 percent compared to their tariff rate.

Also, according to the decision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation No. 4 of April 4, 2024 and No. 3 of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education of April 2, 2024, foreign languages ​​and general a list of nationally and internationally recognized certificates, which determine the level of knowledge of science, has been approved.

According to the Presidential Decree No. PF-134, paragraph 9, sub-paragraph "g", on the certificate entitling pedagogues who have more than one certificate in general education subjects to receive a higher monthly additional bonus is paid.

That is, since the international GMAT certificate gives the right to receive a higher bonus than the national certificate, the teacher is paid only a 50 percent bonus. In this case, no premium is paid for the national certificate.
