4 198 nafar o‘qituvchiga 70 foizlik ustama beriladigan bo‘ldi
Maktabgacha va maktab ta’limi vazirligining 2025-yil 30-iyundagi 214-sonli buyrug‘i bilan 2025-yil yanvar-iyun oylarida o‘tkazilgan pedagog kadrlar attestatsiyada ishtirok etib, oliy va birinchi malaka toifasiga erishgan (yoki saqlagan) hamda 86 va undan yuqori ball to‘plagan pedagog kadrlar ro‘yxati tasdiqlandi.
Unga ko‘ra, jami 4 198 nafar o‘qituvchiga 70 foizlik ustama beriladigan bo‘ldi.
Ma’lumki, Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2021-yil 17-sentyabrdagi 572-son qarori bilan tasdiqlangan nizomning 48-bandida attestatsiyada ishtirok etib, 86 va undan yuqori ball olgan pedagoglarning bazaviy tarif stavkalariga qo‘shimcha 70 foiz ustama belgilanishi nazarda tutilgan.
Endilikda, mazkur ro‘yxatdagi o‘qituvchilar o‘zining oylik ish haqiga qo‘shimcha ravishda 70 foiz ustama oladilar.
Misol uchun, oliy toifali o‘qituvchining oylik ish haqi 4 mln so‘m bo‘lsa, va shu o‘qituvchi xalqaro sertifikatni ham olsa, uning maoshiga qo‘shimcha 70 foiz, ya’ni 2 mln 800 ming so‘m qo‘shilishi kerak.
Shunda, oliy toifali, xalqaro standartlarga mos keladigan maxsus malaka sertifikatiga ega o‘qituvchining umumiy oylik maoshi 4 mln + 2 mln 800 ming = 6 mln 800 ming so‘mni tashkil qiladi.
