71 college buildings in the republic were given for schools and kindergartens

On September 24, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, during his acquaintance with the presentation of proposals for the development of vocational education and the reform of the national qualification system, said that the existing capacities are not being effectively used due to the stratification of the vocational education system and the lack of continuity between programs.

On October 16 this year, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-158 was signed, and the list of professional educational organizations on the basis of which preschool, school and extracurricular educational organizations will be created was approved. The transformation of the buildings of these colleges into schools will create 42 thousand new student places.
