A student who hasn't attended school for 3 years and has been receiving religious education has been identified.

Cases of illegal religious education of children have been identified in Tashkent and Fergana. This was reported by the State Security Service.
It was revealed that a resident of the Dekhkanabad district of the Kashkadarya region, born in 1993, had been illegally providing religious education to 15 young people in a temporary residence in the "Jiydali" neighborhood of the Almazar district since May 2025, receiving 150 US dollars from each of them in return.
It turned out that 11 of the religious students who came from different regions of the republic were minors, and unfortunately, among them there is a student who has not been going to school for 3 years.
In another rented apartment in the same neighborhood, a resident of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of the capital, born in 1977, has been illegally providing religious education to 10 minors since June of this year, demanding 100 US dollars and food for each of them.
Also, taking into account the possibility of inspections of the apartment by law enforcement agencies, he built a makeshift basement to hide the children. This basement, that is, the "well," was covered with an iron lid and sealed with stone and sand. He didn't even consider how much he was endangering the children's lives with this.
In both cases, an on-site court was held at the citizens' assembly of the mahalla, and these persons were brought to justice on the basis of Article 241 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
