Is it forbidden to send children to study for religious education?

Question
Recently, I heard that parents can be imprisoned for sending their children to religious education. Is this true?
Response
No, it should be noted here that responsibility has been established not for involving children in religious education, but for illegally involving them in religious education.
According to Article 23 of the Law "On Guarantees of the Rights of the Child," illegal involvement in religious education means the transfer of a child for religious education to unregistered or unlicensed organizations or persons who do not have special religious education and carry out religious education without the permission of the central governing body of religious organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
There is no liability for sending children to educational institutions that have the right to provide religious education in the manner prescribed by law.
According to Part 3 of Article 23 of the Law, parents or persons replacing them have the right to raise their child religiously and morally in accordance with their personal beliefs.
According to part 3 of Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, unlawful involvement of a child in religious education by parents or persons replacing them - entails the imposition of a fine from five to ten times the basic calculated value.
Commission of an offense provided for in part three of this article, repeatedly within a year after the application of an administrative penalty, - entails the imposition of a fine from ten to fifteen basic calculated values or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
