Can I quit 1 hour earlier today?

According to Article 187 of the Labor Code, the duration of daily work (shift) on the eve of holidays is reduced for all employees by at least 1 hour.

But tomorrow, December 29, is not a holiday, it's just Sunday - a regular weekend for everyone.

According to Article 208 of the Labor Code, the following days are non-working holiday days:

• January 1 - New Year;

• March 8 - Women's Day;

• March 21 - Navruz holiday;

• May 9 - Remembrance and Honors Day;

• September 1 - Independence Day;

• October 1 - Teachers and Mentors Day;

• December 8 - Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• The first day of the religious holiday of Eid al-Fitr;

• The first day of the religious holiday of Eid al-Adha.

Therefore, Saturday, December 28, is considered a normal working day for workers working 6 days, and the working time will not be reduced by 1 hour.
