The student, who had been working as a salesperson without attending school, was placed under surveillance two months later.
The video, in which a 15-year-old schoolchild speaks, dreaming of crime, spread on social networks and caused widespread discussion. The Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs has issued a statement regarding the incident, according to Oyina.uz.
It is noted that this teenager, who currently dreams of becoming a criminal, has been placed in the city's Department of Internal Affairs Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors.
When officials contacted the child's mother, she stated that she couldn't take the child away.
According to the report, it was also brought to this center in 2024. At that time, it was discovered that he was unsupervised on various streets and districts of Tashkent.
Measures were also taken against the person who recorded a video of a teenager who didn't understand what he was promoting and talking about, and spread it on social networks.
Operational officers of the Yunusabad District Department of Internal Affairs Coordination clarified the identity of the citizen who posted this video on social networks.
According to the report, he promised the boy 500,000 soums for the video.
"While I was walking in Memory Square, a boy came and said he would sell popcorn. Then, when I asked, "Will you film it?" he said, "I will." I posted the video on my Instagram to increase the number of people. Please, forgive me. I regret what I did. I recommend not making such videos. Don't walk on such roads. This is the wrong way," he apologized.
It turned out that the child had been left without parental care for 2 months and had been engaged in street vending without receiving school education.
In the end, a citizen who recorded the situation and posted it on social networks was fined 15 times the Basic Calculated Value (BCV) under Article 188-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (involving a minor in an administrative offense).
Also, the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs reminded that for this offense, in accordance with Article 47 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (failure to fulfill obligations for the upbringing and education of minors, including the commission of an administrative offense by minors), a fine of up to 25 BRV or administrative arrest for up to 15 days may be imposed on the parents of the child.
