It has become clear that teachers will receive a 70% bonus.

As is known, paragraph 3v of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-79 dated May 26, 2023, established the practice of issuing a qualification certificate to teaching staff based on international standards through the accreditation of the system for awarding qualification categories by authorized foreign organizations.
At the same time, it is envisaged that pedagogical staff who have received a qualification certificate based on international standards will be paid an additional fee of 70 percent of the current tariff rates.
However, it remained unknown exactly when the system for assigning qualification categories to teaching staff would pass international accreditation.
According to the Minister of Preschool and School Education, Hilola Umarova, Uzbekistan's system for assigning qualification categories to teaching staff has been internationally accredited by the International Society for Accreditation of Education (INTEAS).
INTEAS is an international non-governmental, independent educational accreditation agency that evaluates and accredits educational institutions, training centers, and certification systems in various countries.
The activities of the Scientific and Practical Center for Pedagogical Excellence and International Assessment under the Ministry, as well as the system for assigning qualification categories to teaching staff, have been recognized as compliant with international standards.
Also, on April 23, 2025, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education was issued a certificate by the International Society for Accreditation of Education (INTEAS).
Now, teachers who have received a qualification certificate with a score of 86 points can receive a 70% bonus.
