What should be done if the computer malfunctions during the certification?

Question
When I entered the certification and was taking the test, the computer froze and the platform stopped working. After the freezing on the computer, the answers I marked also switched places. In short, everything was ruined.
When I asked the organizers and officials what I would do next, they scolded me saying this is the result, you have no right to complain. What should the teacher do in this situation? After all, it wasn't my fault, it was theirs.
Response
Chapter 4 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Certification of Teaching Staff of Preschool, General Secondary, Secondary Specialized, Vocational and Extracurricular Educational Organizations," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 17, 2021, No. 572, defines the procedure for filing an appeal.
According to it, pedagogical staff dissatisfied with the results of the certification must submit a written application (complaint) to the appeals commission within ten days from the date of publication of the results.
Appeals to the Appeals Commission can be submitted in writing or electronically through the Ministry's official website.
In this case, the application (complaint) is considered within ten days from the date of its registration, and if additional studies are required, before the formation of qualification category certificates.
In this case, the applicant pedagogical staff can participate in the process of consideration of their appeal by the appeals commission directly or remotely online.
If organizational and technical shortcomings are identified during the testing or qualification exams in a subject, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education will be required to organize a retake of the test exams.
For example, due to malfunctions and failure of the pedkadr.uzedu.uz platform during the certification test in the subject of Informatics and Information Technologies, which took place on April 15-16, 2024, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education was forced to conduct a re-certification in this subject on May 22, 2024.
Therefore, if organizational and technical problems are observed during the testing process, pedagogical staff must immediately submit a written application (complaint) to the appeals commission.
