The process of sending teachers abroad for advanced training has begun.
As is known, at a video-selector meeting held on May 15, 2025, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev, on the reforms carried out in school education and the main tasks for the future, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyats of the city of Tashkent and regions were instructed to send 5 school teachers from each district (city) abroad for advanced training.
In order to ensure the implementation of the task, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education has developed a "Roadmap" for organizing the sending of 5 school teachers from districts (cities) abroad for advanced training.
According to a source at Xalqtaliminfo.uz, work has begun in the regions to send pedagogical workers abroad for advanced training.
Currently, the Fergana regional administration has begun organizational work to send teachers from the region to Japan for advanced training.
A letter of inquiry from the regional governor, Khayrullo Bozorov, was sent to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov.
Also, an order was signed by the head of the Department of Preschool and School Education of the Fergana region, Sherzod Dolimov, to send a group of 22 teachers and mentors from secondary schools in the relevant districts (cities) on an advanced training trip to Japan on October 16-24 of this year.
A delegation of teachers from Fergana underwent advanced training in Japan based on a 6-day program, covering the following areas:
- On "Japanese School Education" and "Moral Education in Japan" at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Japan;
- Familiarization with the activities of the "Koendzi Gakuen" Primary School of Suginami District, Tokyo Prefecture:
- Lecture on the topic "Pedagogical Personnel Training System in Japan" at the University of Gakugei, Japan;
- Familiarization with the activities of the "Koendzi Gakuen" Primary School of Suginami District, Tokyo Prefecture:
- Lecture on the topic "Pedagogical Personnel Training System in Japan" at the University of Gakugei, Japan;
- Familiarization with the activities of the "Koendzi Gakuen" secondary school in the Suginami district of Tokyo Prefecture;
- Lecture on "Japanese education system" at Soka University in Japan;
- Familiarization with the activities of the "Naritanmin" kindergarten in the Suginami district of Tokyo Prefecture.
In the near future, teachers from Fergana, who will go to Japan for advanced training, will have the opportunity to study foreign educational experience. We believe that this initiative will become an important stage in increasing the professional potential of teachers and implementing advanced approaches in their activities.
At the same time, other regions must ensure the implementation of the instruction of the head of state to send school teachers abroad for advanced training as soon as possible.
