I work as a primary school teacher at a school. Currently, I am a 2nd year correspondence student. Our school "superintendent" says that you will go for a 1-month professional development.
Is this requirement correct, will I not go for advanced training after graduation? I needed an answer to this question - is there a law or order?

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 867 dated December 20, 2024, from January 1, 2025, advanced training courses for pedagogical workers will be introduced, which will be held once every five years with a break from work.
According to paragraph 43 of the regulation approved by this resolution, every employee working in the main staff of educational institutions must be involved in advanced training courses within the appropriate timeframe.
At the same time, annually, by October 30, the district (city) department of preschool and school education summarizes the orders of employees of all educational institutions of the system for advanced training for the next calendar year, broken down by educational organizations of professional development.
In the above question, the teacher also indicated that the employee is a second-year student studying in the form of correspondence education.
It is known that in the answer given by the rector of the National Institute of Pedagogical Excellence named after A. Avloni, Abduvali Ismailov, it was stated that students who have not completed the higher education curriculum will not be involved in advanced training.
That is, it is not planned to involve persons engaged in pedagogical activity as students in advanced training.
However, in this situation, the main work of the applicant who sent the question is pedagogical activity. Therefore, this employee is viewed primarily not as a student, but as a primary school teacher.
He is also a full-time teacher in educational institutions. Therefore, we believe that it is correct to involve this category of teachers in professional development.
We remind you that if a pedagogical worker does not complete advanced training courses within the established timeframe, the employment contract with him is terminated at the initiative of the employer, regardless of the validity period.
In this case, the basis for termination of the employment contract is the employee's non-compliance with the position held or the work performed due to insufficient qualifications.
In order for this employee to continue their pedagogical activity in a public school, it is required to improve their qualifications on the basis of a contract concluded directly with an educational organization for professional development.
