Won't there be lessons for managers this year?
Question
The head of "Rayono" is instructing that not a single director, vice-principal, or vice-principal will be given lessons this year, and that he personally oversees this.
How justified is his demand? What exactly does the legislation say about this?

The distribution of classes in schools is carried out in accordance with paragraph 15 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Completing Classes and Formation of Tariff Lists in General Education Institutions" (reg.
When allocating class hours in accordance with the indicators of paragraph 15 of the Regulation, the teacher's achievements (students' places in Olympiads, certificates obtained in a foreign language, participation in competitions, etc.) and qualification category, education, etc. should be taken into account.
At the very end of the sequence, it is indicated that leading employees of the general education institution can be trained in the relevant specialty until they are provided with teachers with higher education.
In paragraph 16 of the Regulation, it is recommended to set maximum number of teaching hours for teachers who have priority based on the sequence of indicators.
When allocating class hours, the number of hours available in the school for this subject, the number of teachers teaching this subject, and their performance are taken into account.
After the total number of teaching hours is distributed among the teachers, managers are allowed to combine the main position with the teaching position (maintain a teaching load) in the amount of up to 10 hours per week.
Consequently, it can be concluded that there is no prohibitive rule that managerial staff should not be taught lessons.
That is, until the educational institution is staffed with teachers with higher education, it is possible to teach the leading employees of the general education institution in the relevant specialty.
In the above situation, the instruction of the head of the preschool and school education department is completely incorrect.
