The State Labor Inspectorate published data on the areas in which the largest number of violations of the law were reported in 2025.

It turned out that preschool and school education institutions took second place in the number of appeals for violations of the law - after construction organizations, before medical institutions.

At the same time, a total of 3,041 applications were received from schools and preschool educational institutions during 2025.

In the sphere of school and preschool education, there were mainly cases of untimely payment of wages, failure to formalize an employment contract, non-compliance with the working time and rest regime, and illegal dismissal.

Recall that in 2024, the system of preschool and school education was recognized as one of the areas with the most violations of labor legislation.

That is, in 2024, out of a total of 2,078 civil cases related to reinstatement, wage collection, and other labor disputes in the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, 1,364 (66%) were satisfied, and decisions were made to recover 14 billion soums in wages and an additional 2.5 billion soums in compensation and moral damages for forced absence in favor of the plaintiffs due to violations of labor legislation in the system.
