According to the regulation on the fund of the Minister of Public Education, the limited number of qualified pedagogues who are paid a monthly bonus is determined by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

Based on the results of the entrance exams provided by the Agency for the Assessment of Knowledge and Skills and the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions, after the quota has been distributed by regions and districts (cities), the Republic of Karakalpakstan on the reform of the public education system, presented to the regional and Tashkent city councils.

The regional council for the reform of the public education system submits to the Ministry (Working Group) three times more candidates than the quota set for the relevant district (city) in each direction.
