92% of the annual quota of the minister's bonus will be allocated to teachers of general secondary education schools

According to the order of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education dated December 27, 2023 No. 576, an instruction was issued on additional incentives for pedagogues in the 2024-2025 academic year at the expense of the minister's fund.
According to the order, a limited number of qualified pedagogues, i.e., an annual quota, will be determined for the republic for which monthly bonuses will be paid at the expense of the minister's fund.
It was determined that 92 percent of the annual quota will be allocated to qualified pedagogues working in the system of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, and 8 percent to pedagogues of schools under the jurisdiction of the Agency of Specialized Educational Institutions.
For example, if the annual quota of 2,000 pedagogues receiving bonuses from the minister's fund is set this year, 160 will be given to teachers of schools under the authority of the Agency for Specialized Education, and 1,840 will be given to teachers of general secondary education schools under the ministry system.
We remind you that last year the quotas were set at 2000, of which 1697 candidates were recommended for the post of minister.
