On February 19 of this year, in the building of the Navoi branch of Profi University, the qualifying exams of pedagogues applying for a monthly bonus in 2024 at the expense of the minister's fund were held.
Candidate pedagogues were given a 40-question test on the subjects they teach. 100 minutes were allotted for the tests (including filling in the answer sheet). 2.5 points are awarded for each correct answer.
Candidates who scored less than 80% of the maximum score according to the results of the 1st stage test are not allowed to the second stage of selection, candidates who scored 80% or more of the maximum score will go to the 2nd stage.
According to the results of the 1st stage tests, the results of pedagogues who have achieved 80% or higher of the maximum score will be used as a basis for advancing to the 2nd stage, and this result will not be added to the result of the 2nd stage. At the 2nd stage, the procedure and criteria for conducting an interview to assess professional skills are approved by the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education.
The testing procedures held in the building of Profi University's Navoi branch were conducted in a transparent and fair manner. For information, between O.A.Filippov, rector of Profi University higher education institution, and R.Z.Hayitova, head of Navoi Region Pre-School and School Education Department, on educational-methodical, education-education and additional prospective issues regarding the cooperation memorandum on scientific research activities were also considered.
