A father who did not send his child to school in Fergana region was imprisoned for 10 days. This was reported by the information service of the National Guard Department of Fergana region.
It was reported that a person born in 1981 living in the village of Kumbosdi, Uzbekistan district of the region prevented his child from going to the 45th school in the district.
In order to return the child to education and carry out preventive educational work, the inspector-psychologist of Uzbekistan district, senior lieutenant D. Arakulov called the child's parents.
But the father behaved insincerely and acted contrary to the rules of behavior in society. The father insisted that his child would not return to education, and that no one could do anything. He also did not meet the legal requirements of a National Guard soldier.
"The case documents collected in 2024 were reviewed by the District Court of Uzbekistan, and this citizen was convicted of Articles 18- (petty hooliganism) and 194- (Failure to fulfill the legal requirements of an employee of internal affairs bodies) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. was found to have committed an offense specified in the articles, and a 10-day prison sentence was imposed on him," the report said.
