The pedagogues who successfully passed the interview will be paid additional bonuses of 5 million 775 thousand soums within 9 months.
It is known that the number of pedagogues who will receive a monthly bonus from the minister's fund this year is 1,250. Of this, 1150 quotas are allocated for pedagogues of general educational institutions, 100 quotas are allocated for pedagogues of specialized educational institutions.
The selection of winners who will receive a monthly allowance from the Minister's Fund is carried out among the candidates in two stages:
At the first stage, the Knowledge and Skills Assessment Agency will conduct tests to assess the level of knowledge of the general education subjects taught by candidates in all regions.
In the second stage, an interview will be held to evaluate the professional skills of candidates who have scored 80 percent of the maximum score or higher in the tests conducted to assess the level of knowledge of general education.
On April 23-27 of this year, an interview will be held on the 2nd stage of professional skills assessment of candidates who will be paid a monthly bonus in all regions.
What is the order of the interview process?
The interview is conducted by the interview commissions consisting of leaders and employees of the Center of Scientific and Practical Psychologists under Nizamiy Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the Agency of Specialized Educational Institutions, the National Center for Training Pedagogues in New Methodologies, and a representative of the public.
Outsiders are not allowed to be in the place where the interview process is being held, except for the commission members and the candidate.
At the interview stage, candidates who scored 80 percent of the maximum score and above according to the results of the 1st stage tests conducted by the Agency for the Assessment of Knowledge and Skills will be interviewed based on the prepared presentation of their professional activities. The interview commission evaluates interview processes using an electronic platform.
15 minutes will be allocated for the presentation and question-and-answer session. Based on the results of the interview, the evaluation is carried out in a system of maximum 10 points. In this case, the candidates who reached the 2nd stage and received less than 4 (four) points from the interview on the evaluation of the candidate's professional skills are not recommended for winning. The points collected by the candidates as a result of the interview are determined based on the average of the total points assigned to the candidates by the members of the Interview Commission.
According to the selection results, the order of the Minister of Pre-School and School Education on approving the list of pedagogic personnel with monthly allowances and paying them allowances from the Fund is accepted.
On the basis of what criteria are the candidates' professional skills evaluated?
The ability of the teacher to analyze the factors affecting the educational process and students' quality education.
2 points if it can illuminate completely, 1 point if it partially illuminates, 0 points if it cannot illuminate;
Being able to use innovative forms and methods of education in planning the educational process - 2 points if it can be fully covered, 1 point if it can be partially covered, 0 points if it cannot be covered;
Having practical skills in the use of advanced pedagogical and information and communication technologies - 2 points if fully covered, 1 point if partially covered, 0 points if not covered;
The logicality and integrity of the presentation, the formation of the main ideas, the complete coverage of the pedagogue's activity - 2 points if it is fully covered, 1 point if it is partially covered, 0 points if it is not covered;
Being able to fully express and conclude the ideas in the presentation - 2 points if he can explain it completely, 1 point if he can explain it partially, 0 points if he can not explain it.
