According to the order of the Minister of Preschool and School Education No. 577 of December 28, 2023, the training plan for the advanced training courses of leaders and pedagogues for 2024 was approved.
With this order, the form of professional development of teachers according to the points scored in the diagnostic test is defined as follows:
- pedagogues who have scored 76-100 points without leaving work for 3 years based on the curriculum of the first class (online);
- The pedagogues who have scored 56-75 points, on the basis of the curriculum belonging to the second class, 1 year without separation from work (online), 2 years without separation from work (offline), and 3 years without separation from work (online);
- The pedagogues who showed results of 31-55 points, on the basis of the curriculum of the third class, 1 year without separation from work (offline), 2 years without separation from work (online), 3 years without separation from work (offline);
- The pedagogues who showed 0-30 points receive 3 years of off-line (offline) training on the basis of the curriculum of the fourth class.
For this reason, educators who are supposed to take online training this year may not be allowed to take offline training. The reason is that the training plan for pedagogic staff in advanced training courses for 2024 has been approved by the appropriate order of the ministry.
If no advanced training courses are organized, the teacher will be given maximum points for overtime
It is known that the procedure for the organization of the director's fund for encouraging exemplary employees of general secondary education institutions and the procedure for using its funds, approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019 According to Appendix 1 to the Regulation, if a pedagogue has passed professional development courses on time and has an appropriate certificate, 10 points will be given to him, and no points will be given if he has not participated in professional development courses on time.
However, the National Research Institute named after A. Avloni has not yet started online training courses. Because of this, teaching staff are unable to pass advanced training courses on time.
If the pedagogue does not pass the training courses on time due to the delay of the content materials, they are not considered guilty.
According to Annex 1 of the Regulation "On the establishment of the director's fund for encouraging exemplary employees of general secondary education institutions and the procedure for using its funds", the pedagogue depends on the employee In the absence of appropriate training courses, the maximum score will be given for this indicator.
