Now, teachers with qualification categories will receive additional points for bonuses.

Now, depending on the level of the qualification category, pedagogical workers will receive an additional bonus from 5 to 20 points from the director's fund.

By the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 21, 2025, No. 662, amendments and additions were made to the Regulation "On the Procedure for the Formation of the Director's Fund for Incentivizing Distinguished Employees of General Secondary Educational Institutions and the Use of its Funds."

According to the decree, the 9th indicator in the criteria for assessing the activities of teachers, that is, the criterion for assessing the pedagogical activity of a teacher, is excluded, and instead, teachers are awarded points depending on the qualification category.

In this case, teachers are awarded the following points depending on the current qualification category:

• in the position of specialist - 0 points;

• with a second qualification category - 5 points;

• having the first qualification category - 10 points;

• With a higher qualification category - 20 points.

We remind you that in the previous procedure, instead of indicators of the qualification category, the results of a survey of students (among at least 60% of students in the classes taught by the teacher) and members of the Supervisory Board participating in the assessment of the teacher's pedagogical activity (positive opinions) were taken into account, for which teachers were given 5 points.
