In accordance with the relevant joint decision of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education and the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2024, labor arbitration was established between them.
This is a republican labor arbitration that operates on a permanent basis to resolve (regulate) collective labor disputes between employees (their representatives) and employers (their representatives).
What is labor arbitration?
Labor arbitration is a permanent body established to resolve collective labor disputes between the parties when no agreement is reached in the conciliation commission.
What is a collective labor dispute?
Collective labor dispute - determination of new labor conditions or change of existing labor conditions (including payment of wages) between employees (their representatives) and employers (their representatives), collective agreements, collective agreement, as well as in accordance with the law Drafting and amendment of other legal documents on labor, adopted in agreement with representatives of employees, and on issues of application of labor legislation, other legal documents on labor and labor protection rules are considered unregulated.
The following members were appointed as members of the Republic Labor Arbitration Committee, which operates on a permanent basis
- Khamdamova Sadokat Kholmurodovna - lawyer, jurisconsult of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, chairman of labor arbitration;
- Jorabek Latipovich Musurmanov - pedagogue, head of the Appeals Department of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, arbitrator;
- Muhamedaliyeva Dilbar Abdurakhmanovna - lawyer, chief legal consultant of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees of Uzbekistan, arbitrator;
- Turikova Lazokat Mashrabovna - chief expert on social protection issues, arbitrator of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees of Uzbekistan;
- Jamil Vasilyevich Yaratov is a pedagogue, adviser on youth issues to the chairman of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Education and Science Employees of Uzbekistan, arbitrator.
