I teach the Uzbek language (the state language) in Russian-language classes. My diploma specialty is the Uzbek language. I am a high-class teacher. My students took pride of place in the school Olympiad (between 4th grades). Are these taken into account when determining the premium?

Annex 1 of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019 provides for the assessment of a teacher from 10 to 30 points based on the results of participation in school-wide competitions and other events.
