Question
I teach the Uzbek language (the state language) in Russian-language classes. My diploma specialty is the Uzbek language. I am a high-class teacher. My students took pride of place in the school Olympiad (between 4th grades). Are these taken into account when determining the premium?
The regulation says it is for primary school teachers. But it is not said that the specialty of the diploma should be elementary. They say that we cannot give you points for this item. We are waiting for a clear answer. Your answer to us is very important for English, Uzbek, labor, and physical education teachers who teach primary classes.

Annex 1 of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019 provides for the assessment of a teacher from 10 to 30 points based on the results of participation in school-wide competitions and other events.
However, the results of students participating in school-wide competitions and other events are used only in the assessment of the work of primary school teachers (grades 1-4). That is, it cannot be a basis for giving points to science teachers who teach primary classes.
Science teachers can only be given extra points when their students participate in district (city) Olympiads, contests and other events and show results.
In conclusion, school-wide competitions and other events are taken into account in the evaluation of primary school teachers, and district (city) Olympiads, competitions and other events are taken into account in the evaluation of science teachers.
