The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment has provided information on which areas of labor law are most often violated. According to it, a total of 7,785 cases of labor law violations were observed in the preschool and school education system.
The Ministry analyzed the cases recorded during January-April 2024. The most violations of the labor legislation were observed in schools - 5,612. In the next place, there were many cases of violations of the law in preschool educational institutions - 2,173.
The system of pre-school and school education recorded the highest rate of labor law violations compared to other sectors.
According to the Ministry, in 2023, the system of pre-school and school education took the "first place" in terms of the most violated labor laws.
According to the data, in 2023, 21,286 cases of labor law violations were observed in the education system. This will decrease to 13,501 by 2024.
