Question
This year, the "Yangi Avlod" Olympiad at the school and district regional level was held for primary 4th grades. I took a primary school student to the district stage of the Olympiad. Can I apply for a scholarship based on the result of my students in the Olympiad?

Approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated September 30, 2019 No. 823 "On the criteria for evaluating the performance of pedagogues, psychologists and library employees, for school-wide competitions and other activities used in the evaluation of the performance of primary school teachers (grades 1-4) fixed points are shown.
In the instruction letter of the Ministry of preschool and school education No. 03-01/14-623 dated February 14, 2024, it is said that the performance of primary school students will be evaluated based on the results of their participation in school-wide competitions and other events.
Competitions and other events held at the school level by the order of the director of the general secondary education institution are taken into account.
According to the rule, a primary school student is given the following points based on the percentage of the maximum points that can be collected by students participating in school-wide competitions and other events:
- when the share of the maximum points that students can collect is 55-70 percent - 10 points;
- when the share of the maximum points that students can score is 71-85 percent - 20 points;
- 30 points when the percentage of maximum points that students can score is 86-100 percent.
The conclusion is that we believe that the elementary school teacher will be given additional points for the Olympiad mentioned above based on the result of the student.
Only for this, this Olympiad must be in the list of competitions and other events approved by the order of the school director. Also, it is desirable that the separate evaluation criteria and regulations of the educational institution are approved.
