Agrippina Shinga, First Deputy Minister of Preschool and School Education, Director of the Preschool Education Agency, told about the measures being implemented to provide preschool education organizations with qualified pedagogical personnel, to implement modern educational programs and technologies. the question of sending a parliamentary inquiry of the lower house about the events was considered.

It is known that there are a number of problems related to methodical support to preschool educational organizations, implementation of modern educational programs and technologies in the field, especially in attracting qualified pedagogical personnel.

Also, it was noted that a number of problems have accumulated in kindergartens organized in family form.

Today, there are 42,313 leaders and pedagogues working in cooperative and family kindergartens. Of these, 8,327 (19.7%) are pedagogues with higher education, 3,304 (7.8%) with incomplete higher education, and 30,682 (72.5%) with secondary specialized education.

According to the data, 2,984 non-specialist personnel are currently working in non-state and family kindergartens established on the basis of public-private partnership.

"During the meetings with the voters, we are witnessing the fact that most of the kindergartens and family-type kindergartens do not sign the labor contract between the employer and the pedagogue as required by the Labor Law," said Shakhnoza Kholmakhamatova, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

This causes violation of the labor rights of pedagogues regarding paid annual leave, disability certificates, and maternity leave. This situation is the reason for the rightful objections of the employees in the system and the dissatisfaction of the personnel.

Based on this, the issue of sending a parliamentary request to the first deputy minister of pre-school and school education, the director of the pre-school education agency was supported by the deputies.

At the same time, a parliamentary request was sent to the ministry. Now the ministry will have to submit relevant information to the parliament within 10 days.
