Question
I originally graduated from the course "German language and literature". I have been working in this field since 2010. Since 2019, I have been retrained and working as a primary school teacher. When I apply for master's degree, our director says that only the years of work at the beginning will be taken into account. I have been working at the startup for 5 years now, and the rest of my work experience cannot be added. Can you justify this legally?

Appendix 1 to the Regulation approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' decision No. 823 of September 30, 2019, index 5 of the criteria for evaluating the work of pedagogues, psychologists, and library staff provides for giving points to the teacher's pedagogical work experience.
In this case, the pedagogue employee is evaluated according to the seniority as follows:
- if the pedagogical work experience is from 1 to 5 years - 4 points;
- 7 points if the pedagogical work experience is from 5 to 10 years;
- 10 points are given if the pedagogical work experience is 10 years or more.
In this case, the pedagogical work experience of the teacher is determined according to the work record. All his pedagogical work experience should be taken into account. The reason is that there are no other provisions in the statute.
That is, as a teacher's pedagogical work experience, not only the entire period of activity in a general educational institution, but also the work experience at all levels of education (preschool education, higher education) are taken into account.
In conclusion, we believe that you should be given a maximum of 10 points, taking into account all your work experience from 2010 to this day.
