As you know, by order of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education No. 32 dated February 7, 2024, a new procedure for popularizing the work experience of teachers has been developed, and starting from March 1 of this year, methodical works will be carried out on the basis of the improved procedure through the platform ommalashtirish.uz admission processes had begun.
Recently, the results of methodical works recommended for popularization were announced on the platform ommalashtirish.uz, and certificates were distributed online.
It was reported in the channel opened by the Republican Education Center in the Telegram messenger for the purpose of providing support to the pedagogic staff, that there was an error in the certificates due to the incorrect entry of the teachers' data into the "ERP" database.
"Recently, some teachers corrected my certificates, saying that you made a mistake is heart-wrenching. First of all, all schools have been added to the erp.maktab.uz platform in the Cyrillic alphabet, so all certificates come out in a mixture of Cyrillic and Latin. Secondly, some teachers first worked in another district or region and/or school, and then changed their place of work.
Therefore, the numbers of districts and schools are different. Thirdly, the name and surname were written incorrectly or given twice in the profiles of some teachers, that is, it happened due to errors made in the integration with the "ERP" system.
Based on this, we would like to express our support to those who have entrusted to the public that all problems are being solved, and if there is a problem, we are ready to answer and solve it," said the appeals to the pedagogues.
As it turned out, there were also fakes of certificates for popularization. It is known that the Republican Education Center has introduced the use of QR-codes in its certificates, and the official certificates issued by the platform for the popularization of modern methods supported by teachers during their advanced work experience and activities are issued only by the Republican Education Center did.
"When checking the authenticity of these certificates, you can scan the QR-code with your smartphone and find out that the opened information is related to the link www.ommalashtirish.uz. Certificates opened through other links are not considered valid," the official statement said.
