Does the head of the classroom methodological association have the right to receive a 10% bonus?

In schools, the head of the methodological association can receive a 10% bonus from the director's fund. Then, are class teachers and leaders of methodological associations entitled to a bonus?

In accordance with the "Instruction on the position of the class teacher of a general secondary educational institution," approved by the order of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education No. 190 dated June 27, 2023, methodological associations of class teachers are organized in schools.
According to Chapter 7, paragraph 26 of the Regulation "On the Procedure for Creating a Director's Fund to Stimulate Outstanding Employees of General Education Institutions and Using Its Funds," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 823 of September 30, 2019, it is noted that the heads of methodological associations of general education institutions in the field of science can be paid a 10% monthly bonus.
As you can see, since this regulation only provides for the heads of methodological associations in the field of science, it is impossible to assign a 10% bonus to the head of the class methodological association.
In fact, it would be correct to introduce a 10% bonus to the head of the classroom methodological association. The reason is that they also operate as leaders of methodological associations in scientific fields.
Unfortunately, the authors who developed the Regulation "On the Organization of the Director's Fund for the Incentives of Outstanding Employees of General Education Institutions and the Procedure for Using Its Funds" may not have taken into account this aspect of the issue.
Therefore, it is currently impossible to assign a bonus to the head of the classroom methodological association.
In this regard, we inform you that the editorship of xalqtaliminfo.uz will send its proposals to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education to establish the practice of allocating allowances to the heads of classroom methodological associations.
