Khilola Umarova was born on 9 August 1988 in Weimar, Germany. Nationality Uzbek. He graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in 2010 with a bachelor's degree, and from the same university with a master's degree in 2013. Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English. His specialty is foreign economic activity, but it is not alien to the field of pedagogy.
