Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan punished for purchasing low-quality laptops for teachers

Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov reprimanded Prime Minister Akylbek Japarov and several other officials for purchasing low-quality laptops for teachers.
Akilbek Japarov and his deputy Edil Baysalov were punished with a reprimand "for improper performance of their duties when purchasing low-quality laptops for teachers of general education schools by the Ministry of Education."
Also, the Minister of Education and Science Dagdurkul Kendirboyeva, Deputy Minister Lira Samikboeva, Head of Department of the Presidential Administration Jiparisa Risbekova, and Chief Expert of the Presidential Decree Preparation Department Mederbek Omurbekov were reprimanded.
