What foods are prohibited from being prepared and sold in school kitchens?

Hamburger buns, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, kiryeshki, khrustyashki, crisps, energy drinks and carbonated drinks. The World Health Organization recommends removing this type of food from the daily diet. In addition, they are included in the list of food and meals that are not allowed in general education institutions in our country.
In particular, according to "Sanitary rules, norms and hygiene standards for the organization of students' meals in general secondary, secondary special, vocational educational institutions," the following products cannot be prepared and sold in school kitchens:
- bakery products with meat, mayonnaise, ketchup, and vegetables (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and hot dogs);
- confectionery products with artificial flavorings, flavorings, dyes, flavorings;
- "kiriyeshki," "khrustyashki" with artificial preservatives and chips, worms, pistachios, homemade absorbable sweets;
colored and colorless carbonated drinks;
meat, fish, poultry that have not passed veterinary control; all heads except liver, tongue and heart;
eggs with unclean outer layers, broken, not meeting the necessary requirements;
cans of various types of canned goods, especially those made at home, with damaged, rusty, shape-shifted, unlabeled, and with no production date and expiration date;
cereals, flour, dried fruits and other products contaminated with various impurities or stored pests;
Cream confectionery products (tea and cookies);
Holodes, meatballs made from poultry and ungulates, pulmonary liver sausages and blood sausages;
Unpasteurized (flaked) cottage cheese, untreated, canned cottage cheese and cream, homemade yogurt, milk and dairy products obtained from epizootically unfavorable farms, as well as unprocessed and unpasteurized milk and dairy products, kumis and other fermented dairy products containing ethanol (over 0.5%);
mushrooms and products thereof;
kvass;
Gastronomic products with raw smoked meat and sausages, including boiled sausages;
vinegar, mustard, chrene (pepper), hot pepper (red, black) and other spices;
Sauces with a sharp taste, ketchups, mayonnaise, preserves, marinated vegetables and fruits;
natural coffee, energy and alcoholic beverages that stimulate and increase energy;
cooking oils, pork fat, margarine and other hydrogenated fats;
Fruit kernels, chewing gum, fresh fruit and berry drinks, and morsels (without heat treatment);
Okroshka and cold soups, eggs fried in oil, pashtet, meat and cottage cheese;
it is forbidden to have the first and second meals based on fast food dry concentrates in school kitchens.
