It was found that prohibited products are sold in school canteens

On the basis of a request, the employees of the Children and Adolescent Hygiene Division of the Yashnabad District Department of the Sanepid Committee of the Tashkent City Administration conducted studies in the canteen of school No. 156. xabar.uz reported about this.

Such a control activity was carried out by the employees of the Almazor district department in educational institution No. 134 on the basis of epidemiological indicators.

During the inspection, it was found that prohibited products with mayonnaise and ketchup, colored and carbonated drinks, chewing gum, frozen bread, and various types of confectionery are being sold in the school cafeteria, and these products were locked up in the established order.

It should be noted that restricting and controlling the sale of prohibited products in school canteens is also within the competence of the brake commission established in the school area.

Also, each product brought to the school canteen for sale should be reviewed by the brakerage commission for compliance with quality indicators, and prohibited products should be removed from sale by them, the information service of the Sanepidcommittee says.
